  • Reality TV Is Not Real

Top Model is great, partly because Tyra Banks is crazy. American Idol is great because Paula Abdul is crazy. I’m pretty sure both are fixed. But apparently America’s Next Top model has enforced new rules including no staying overnight, no lining up prior to 6 am, no wristbands till 7, nobody put contestants in line, and no advantage to getting wristbands early. Apparently, they are looking to prevent other injuries and arrests. The official start time is 10 AM. So if you get there the earliest, you essentially have to wait 4 hours. Top Model does basically use everything from hats down to womens socks or rather they do shoots for it. But honestly, Tyra is crazy. Whether they’re shooting things with womens socks or somebody goes to the hospital, it somehow turns into being about her. I’m not kidding! There was a girl who went to the hospital one season, and then it was like oh my gosh that was so horrible for me. Well I assume it was horrible for the girl who went to the HOSPITAL! But it’s all about Tyra. Tyra Banks has a good look, I’ll give her that. But in Hollywood, anybody can be made to look good with the right make up and hairstyles. And they have professionals there all the time to do it for them! I mean they made Jessica Simpson look that good. She has the body now, had the body before. But realistically, when you take off the make up, there’s nothing good left there or at least not that hot. She’s about as cute as any average girl out there. So I wonder what would happen if she jumped in the pool or something prior to her little reality show. Reality shows are fake, that’s the bottom line. But crazy judges and all of that certainly help, especially in the case of Top Model and the one who is constantly wearing clown costumes or something strange.
